DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable.


If you would like to make an appointment we require everyone to put down a non-refundable $50-$100 deposit ahead of time that will go towards the final price of your tattoo (final session if it is a multiple session tattoo). Larger tattoo will require a larger deposit. This will hold your appointment slot. We do not hold appointment slots without a deposit. We accept deposits in person with cash or credit/debit card or if you have a clear idea with reference pictures we can take a deposit over the phone with a credit/debit card. We do charge a 3% fee for all debit/credit charges. If you have a budget for the appointment, make sure to let us know while scheduling you so that there aren’t any miscommunications.

If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, change the design, show up late 15 mins or more, or don’t show at all, your deposit is no longer valid. If you make a deposit over the phone you are making a verbal agreement that you understand this. Once we get the deposit we can go ahead and make the appointment. You cannot make an appointment unless you know what you want for a design.

Please make sure that you are prepared to be tattooed, for the time that you have scheduled. (i.e.. on time, do not leave early, have the appropriate amount of money as agreed upon or the hourly rate for the hours that you are scheduled.)

The best time to call/drop off a deposit or to have a consultation is between 11am-Noon or 6-7pm Tuesday through Friday or 10am-11am Saturdays, otherwise we are busy tattooing and cannot stop to chat. If those hours do not work for you, we can always set up a consultation appointment. We charge $150 per hour. Estimates may not be the exact price, if the tattoo takes longer or less time, the price will change accordingly. We require everyone to provide a drivers license, passport, or military ID at the time of their tattoo appointment- so please don't forget to bring it.


If we feel that you don’t respect our time, or value our services, we will probably discontinue our work relationship.  Please understand that these rules might seem harsh, but we are a very small business and your tattooer and you work one on one for hours at a time. Please consider that your cancellation may cause someone a day of work unpaid. We all understand that there are occasionally emergencies and legitimate reasons, but we will do our absolute best to be there and ready to work, and we ask that you will too.
